To The Program Director;

In 1992 and 1993 Congressman Leon Panetta supported my research on the JFK Assassination and was published in the Santa Cruz Sentinel. When President Bill Clinton hired Leon Panetta I contacted his congressional office and requested all of the correspondence back that I had sent to him and I still have them. Much of it was on the JFK assassination. While I was briefing Leon Panetta I was also briefing other law enforcement agencies. I still have this box of letters today. Attached is a copy of an older letter from Mr. Panetta when I had implicated the rich and famous to JFK's assassination. Since 1992 I have been a guest on many radio stations including George Noory on Coast to Coast in 2005.

I am surprise to hear the media "Rush to Judgment" that he has no CIA past experience. Panetta's office is located in Seaside and often holds speaking engagements at the Navy's Defense Language Institute, which is a CIA facility. Not far from The Panetta Institute there was one Paul Sanford. In December of 2006 he "FELL" off a high-rise Hotel The
Embassy Suite Hotel while people were trying to digest their breakfast. Panetta's office is not far away. What was so unusual about this was that Mr. Sanford had implicated Vice President Cheney's office in exposing Valerie Plame's identity as a CIA agent. For more information on this click on

When People leave the Federal government in a Whistleblowing capacity they do not loose this status. It stays with them and they are protected from retaliation and can expose other flaws of governmental waste.

After Mr. Panetta supported my research his career shot straight up within the Clinton administration, yet his support on my research regarding the JFK Assassination cover-up ended. During Bill Clinton's administration the government was spending millions of dollars under the JFK Assassination Records Review Board Act, which President George H.W. Bush signed into law prior to Clinton taking over. This was an act of FRAUD for Bush Sr. had known Lee Harvey Oswald's closest friend (a CIA agent) since 1942. Bush Sr. admitted this to me in a 1993 letter. See Bush's 1993 letter

I do not believe that the media should suggest that "Mr. Panetta, has no intelligence" when he ran President Clinton's White House for three years 1994-97 only leaving after the exposure of Monica Lewinsky.

When he was a Congressman, Mr. Panetta supported my work as a Whistleblower under the Whistleblowing act.

I truly think that his personality and ability to communicate well with both parties without throwing insults, is his saving grace.
