Under The Laws of California, I Bruce Campbell Adamson make the following Declaration and it is true and correct to the best of my knowledge:

Many people have watch author Russ Baker being interviewed on TV and Radio about his book Family Secrets. People who have studied the JFK assassination have said to me that he has stolen my work. Without making a judgment I can only point out that Russ Baker purchased my 14 volumes and made a threat he was going to use the material that I spent 19 years working on with or without my help. His publisher is the same as the Harry Potter series.

I am self taught - yet one needs to only look at my radio shows since 1992 and my books to see that Baker has used in four of his chapters are identical material. Yet different words. One can not copyright facts. If you have to read Family Secret's I recommend checking it out of the library. Yet the same material is covered in this declaration below.

Of course then comes the QUESTIONS of LAW:

The answer may lie in the Creative Compilation of Facts set out in Adamson's JFK Assassination Timeline Chart, which was copyrighted in 1995 and again in 2004 - 260 pages.

1). Should Russ Baker be allowed to Free Ride on Adamson's research ?

MORALLY YES, BUT THE QUESTION WHETHER WHAT BAKER DID CONSTITUTES A VIOLATION OF THE COPYRIGHT ACT IS SOMETHING TO DISCUSS WITH A COPYRIGHT ATTORNEY.

2). Copyright law says that one needs to fix the items in a space of time. Adamson has all of his letters to Congressman Panetta; has worked with the West Palm Beach Sheriff's; and lastly Adamson's work is fixed in his 18 years of radio show tapes.

3). Copyright law also says that it depends on what cost spent on the original work for Free Riding. Adamson went all over the USA in motorhome; hired Steve Perez in 1993-94 at $3,000; spent $2,000 in advertising in the Dallas Morning News. So on and so on. At great expense Adamson went on eight month journey in a motorhome. See Adamson's discoveries below at end of this url.

4). Normally a titled cannot be copyrighted. But the law clearly states that if the copyrighted item is a series of volumes then the title can be. Since there are 11 volumes to Oswald's Closest Friend; The George de Mohrenschildt Story.

Baker could have given Adamson credit in his text instead of the Bibliography;

Since 1992 I have had a long asssociation and friendship with the West Palm Beach Sheriff's office. I told them then that I would keep them informed of all discoveries on de Mohrenschildt. The same is true of Leon Panetta, surprisingly to me, now our CIA Director. When Panetta retired as a Congressman I asked him for my letters on the JFK assassination and he returned an entire box. Each letter is stamped when it was received by his office. When he became chief of staff for President Bill Clinton his correspondence ceased except for one letter.

Review of Russ Baker's Book Family Secrets

Since 1996 I have sold books and have been on radio shows since 1992 speaking on the de Mohrenschildt Story what Russ Baker wrote: "Once I began to piece together the scattered clues to what might be the true narrative,..." Russ Baker.

I took a look at the website. First, fix the typos (indes for index, attacking, three trips, etc. That's minor. I'd start with the lunch, as you do, the threat you mentioned to me about his using your research anyway, and then that line pp. 86-87, where he takes about "piecing together" the story. That will go right by someone not in the know, i. e. a court of law. It doesn't help the case - unless you want to go into the issue of conclusions:

i. e. Baker uses this and that, CIA, etc. SO?? what conclusions does he actually draw about the JFK assassination?

Your case is that he based his book, explicitly and implicitly, on your work. What counts is the aggregate: he can always say he went to the LBJ library and found the letters, etc. But the massive number of similarities is one of the points.

Another point is that Baker refers to Adamson "as a JFK researcher." Adamson has been publishing his books since 1996, and produced a film on the subject in 2003. Larry Flynt hired him to write a story.

The other is that in 1998 Bloomsbury moved into the U.S. market and if it can be shown that they are a division of the US government or British Intelligence MI6 then this work may be in retaliation of Adamson's volumes. Including vol. IX Diana the Queen of Hearts, MI6 and the CIA the Princedom of Darkness. Adamson is a former US employee and won a case under The Whistleblowing Act. When one is documented as a Whistleblower he./she does not loose this status but is protected under the Act. Ironically in 1998-99 Adamson offered his research on the JFK Assassination to the JFK Records Review Board Act Board. whom were spending millions to try and find out the truth behind the JFK assassination. In the winter of 2007-2008 I met Baker in Aptos at a restaurant and after buying me lunch, he told me that I had to work with him or else he would use my material with or without my help. I pulled out a $10.00 bill and left it for the lunch. Very much unlike the treatment I received from Colonel Fletcher Prouty whom was featured along with de Mohrenschildt in Oliver Stone's film JFK. Prouty was very kind when he took me out to lunch in 1995 while on an eigth month long journey around USA. Am very thankful I had the opportunity to meet the late Mr. Prouty. His character was supreme and he gave me photographs of himself with Colonel Howard Burris and George McGhee.

Russ Baker Index of same individuals click here. What are the odds that so many individuals would show up in both works? Adamson had copyrighted his work in the 1990s and again in 2004 in its entirety.

Eleven Times Baker gives CREDIT to Adamson (A whistleblower) -- but only in the Bibliography never in the Text itself -- unlike the treatment he gave to Edward Jay Epstein and others.

Throughout his book Baker attacked Skull and Bones members - yet the first person he acknowledges is one Bob Taft whose family has a long history with Skull and Bones Society.

Baker uses on pages 7-11 the same material cover in Adamson's book vol. 1; pps. 52-57, 95-98, 133-134. Originally written and previously covered by Joseph McBride for articles and David Armstrong. A link but not original material from Adamson's work.

Baker : page 17 "By the time George H.W. Bush founded his own company, Zapata Petroleum, it was not difficult to line up backers with long-standing ties to the industrial espionage activities. One was Clark Estates, Inc., a trust benefiting the descendants of a founder of what would become known as the Singer sewing machine company....Clark Estates was a ground-floor investor in Zapata in 1953.14 -- Adamson has also Clark and Singer family connection on v. 9 p. 31.

Insloe A. Hopper as President of the Singer
Sewing Machine Company.
He was President of the Singer
Manufacturing Company until he died of
typhoid malaria on October 16, 1882. At
this time Edward Clark's estate was worth
twenty-five million dollars.
His estate was taken over by Alfred
Corning Clark who had helped his father
found Singer Sewing Machine Co.
In 1912 Singer's director was
Stephen C. Clark. The 1926 Singer
Corporation listed Sir. Douglas Alexander
and S.C. Clark as directors.
In 1943 the Singer Corporation listed
Sir. Douglas Alexander as an officer and
Stephen C. Clark as a director. Obviously
Sir Alexander is of British or Scottish
royalty.
I spoke to George Kitchel, friend of
George Bush and de Mohrenschildt and he
recalled an Eddie Singer from Corpus
Christi, Texas. In 1965 there was an Isaac
M. Singer who was the City Attorney in
Corpus Christi and he may have been
related to the inventor, but de
Mohrenschildt's friend Eddie was Russian
and not related to the sewing Singer family.2
It may be that Stephen C. Clark or
one of his sons loaned George Bush a large
portion of money to found Zapata Oil in
1953, especially if Zapata Oil was a CIA
front operation. This author presented
letters between Neil Mallon of Dallas,
Prescott Bush and Allen Dulles help prove
that it was.
This author has uncovered evidence
that in 1953-54 the Central Intelligence
Agency was behind George Bush's Zapata
Off-Shore Oil Company. 3

Baker: page 23 One of the OSS recruiters was James Burnham. Buckley, who was inducted insto Skull and Bones and finished Yale shortly after Bush, went to work in the CIA's Mexico City Station under Hunt, something Buckley did not acknowledge until 2005, though their friendship had long been recognized. 8 Adamson vol. 8, p. 14

Almost all of the articles written in the
National Review were anti-Kennedy. Today
Buckley still remains a close friend of E.
Howard Hunt. Buckley's senior editor James
Burnham was also a CIA agent in the 1953
coup of Iran and held a strong bond between
E. Howard Hunt, Dimitri and George de
Mohrenschildt....It was James Burnham who introduced E.
Howard Hunt to William F. Buckley, Jr. all of
whom worked for Allen Dulles and the CIA.
Hunt wrote in his memoirs that: "Burnham
was a consultant to OPC on virtually every
subject of interest to our organization. He had
extensive contacts in Europe, and by virtue of
his Trotskyite background, was something of
an authority on domestic and foreign
Communist parties and front organizations."

Baker 29: Neil Mallon quickly set about bringing the conservative titans of Dallas society together in a new local chapter of the non-profit Council on World Affairs....A September 1951 organizing meeting at Mallon's home featured a group...It included Fred Florence, the founder of the Republic National Bank, whose Dallas office tower was a cover repository for CIA-connected ventures....Robert G. Storey, later named as liason between Texas law enforcement and the Warren Commission investigating the assassination of President Kennedy.

Baker: Mallon's Council on World Affairs announced its intention to send 15 members....Dulles came to visit with Dallas council chapter. An October 28, 1953, letter from Mallon to Dulles reveals nothing about the director's objective in visiting Dallas -- but does comment on the fact that Dulles and his wife, Clover were made "honorary Texans" and presented with cowboy hats. Adamson vol. 1 p. 78

During a visit to Texas, Dulles
and his wife Clovis wowed Texas society,
according to an Oct. 28, 1953 message
to the CIA Director from Mallon.
During that visit, the couple was essentially
made honorary Texans when each
received Texas cowboy hats. The trip
was also marked by a speech Dulles
gave to the Mallon-founded Dallas
Council on World Affairs. According
to the brief letter from Mallon, which
included copies of press coverage of
the Dulles speech, the visit, "made a
real impact on the community." 40
According to the account in the
Dallas Morning News, Dulles called
for the "free world" to maintain a position
of strength in the post-World War
II atomic age. Dulles told the gathering
at the Baker Hotel in Dallas that
Moscow's leaders would be more likely
to negotiate for a peaceful solution
to the world tensions if "they see that
they're not going to tire us out, that we
are not going to relax our defenses, that
we can have patience." 41

Baker pps 30-31: The True power wielded by the duo of Prescott Bush and Neil Mallon is revealed in a round of correspondence where the two virtually demanded a high-level Washington job for a friend: the oilman and adventurer Tom Slick. 26 [Baker's source was copyrighted in 2002 -- Adamson's copyrighted in 1990s.] Slick sat on the Dresser Industries board but was best known for his esoteric explorations, including searches for Bigfoot and the Loch Ness Monster. Loren Coleman, an anthopologist and retired professor who wrote two books on Slick, asserts that the explorer was actually a longtime CIA operative who used his adventure travel as a cover for his spy work. 27 [ Adamson said the same long before 2002 and enlisted the writer Steve Perez from the Santa Cruz Sentinel at a cost of over $2,000 in 1992-93 to help co-author volume one with same conclusions.]

Dulles dined together in Washington in
October, 1953, and Dulles and his wife
stayed in Dallas, apparently as
Mallon's guests, later that same month.
Another man mentioned in the correspondence
between Prescott Bush, Neil
Mallon and Allen Dulles has also been
linked to U.S. intelligence. Tom B.
Slick of San Antonio, an oil heir and
mutual friend of Mallon and Prescott
Bush, Slick was entered in de Mohrenschildt's
address book in 1954-55.
The correspondence touts Slick as
a potential government or political
appointee in late 1952 and early 1953.
In a reply to Bush, Dulles wrote: "If
Slick should be interested in our line of
Prescott Bush to Allen Dulles, before
the founding of Zapata, Dec. 10, 1952.
work here, I will be glad to talk with
him." 36
Slick was a world traveler and
adventurer and was also a member of
Dresser's board of directors. Like John
Mecom, Slick was known to sell his
specially-bred cattle to Senator Robert
Kerr of Oklahoma. Democrat Senator
Kerr as a favor to his Republican
Senator colleague Prescott Bush, asked
W.C. "Jim" Savage to give George a
tour of Kerr-McGee's offshore oil
rigs. 37
When Slick launched a search for
the so-called abominable snowman in
Tibet and Nepal in 1957, the Soviets
promptly labeled the expedition an
excuse for "extensively reconoitering"
its borders. Slick traveled to the Soviet
Union the following year on behalf of
Dresser and reported back to the oil
industry on their drilling techniques. 38
In addition, Slick was founder of
the Mind Science Foundation, a San
Antonio-based institute for the study of
para-psychology, in 1958. A Maine
University researcher fascinated with
Slick's search for the yeti found "hints"
that the adventurer had links to the
"intelligence network." This researcher
wrote in 1959: "for instance, he [Slick]
might have assisted in the Dalai
Lama's departure from Tibet, "Loren
Coleman of the University of Southern
Portland told a columnist in 1990.
"There is also a mystery about how he
could slip in and out of Russia at a
time when no one else could." 39
During a visit to Texas, Dulles

Baker gives Adamson credit in Bibliography and never during story first time on page 34: "Zapata Offshore, which provided perfect cover for the activities in a host of hot spots around the world, may have been the brightest stone in Allen Dulles' crown. On April 10, 1953, exactly two weeks after Zapata Offshore's land-based sister, Zapata Petroleum, was launched 36 Neil Mallon wrote to CIA director Dulles about an upcoming meeting at D.C.'s Carlton Hotel "In addition to Bob Johnson, I have invited a close personal friend, Prescott Bush. We want to talk to them about our Pilot Project in the Caribbean and have you liste in." 37 Credit given to Adamson

Baker p. 34: "What was the "pilot project' to which Mallon referred ? Very likely it was Zapata Offshore, launched by Poppy in 1954. Adamson v. 1 p. 88

board from 1964-1966. 74
At the same George Bush was
founding Zapata Oil, Neil Mallon and
Bush's father, Prescott, were meeting in
Washington, D.C. with the CIA director
to discuss a "Pilot Project" in the same
geographical area. In a Mallon letter to
Dulles of April 10, 1953, he writes of
an upcoming meeting between the
three men at a private dining room at
the Carlton Hotel: "I have invited a
close personal friend, Prescott Bush.
We want to talk to them about our Pilot
Project in the Caribbean and have you
listen in." Was this the birthplace of
the CIA's future failure-Operation
Zapata (Bay of Pigs)? 75

Baker p. 37 and Adamson used same source from article on PEMEX written by Jonathan Kwitney. footnotes 47-48.
Adamson v. 1, pp 90-94.

his legitimate dealings as head of
Zapata Oil in Texas. But he has never
talked of any of his other business
activity south of the border. One such
dealing in early 1960 was covered in
Barron's National Business Weekly in
1988. The article took a look at a venture
in which Bush apparently participated
with Mexican nationals to circumvent
their country's laws.....

Baker p. 38: In February 1966, Poppy left Zapata to run for Congress. Members of his circle stepped in at the offshore company to ensure continuity. One of them was Poppy's [George H.W. Bush] former aide William Stamps Farish III, who also began managing Poppy's assets in a blind trust. Farish fit in nicely. He was heir to an oil fortune, and his family went way back with the Bushes. [Exclude :In 2001 he was named ambassador to Britain by George W. Bush]. Adamson v. 1
The other half of the Humble Oil
tandem,Will Farish, I, died in 1942 at
the age of 61. His son Will Jr. died the
following year in an air show crash.
Today, the Farish family is the richest
of the Humble Oil heirs. Forbe's estimated 125 descendants of the Humble
Oil founders to be worth $1.2 billion.
The grandson of Humble's founder,
Will Farish, III is company had at least
one outside account: the blind trust of
George Herbert Walker Bush, a longtime
friend of Will III."
Several of Farish's children
worked in Bush's reelection campaigns
and Bush has over the years retained a
close friendship with Will Farish III. It
would be a great surprise if it was
George Bush who talked Farish into
joining the Houston Club in the Spring
of 1964 right when de Mohrenschildt
was preparing to testify before the
Warren Commission.
Will Farish's grandfather had
been a director, president and chairman
of Standard Oil of New Jersey owned
mostly by the Rockefeller family. 108
De Mohrenschildt's relationship to
Robert Lee Blaffer's son-in-law
(Edward J. Hudson) dated back to the
1940s. The two had worked together
at Rangley Field, Colorado. Hudson
was quite close to James Earl Ray's
lawyer Percy Foreman and the H.L.
Hunt family.

Baker p. 47: Among those infuriated with the Kennedys was none other than Dulles's good friend Senator Prescott Bush. In 1961, when Dulles brought his successor, John McCone to a dinner at Prescott's home, the senator recalled that he "tried to make a pleasant evening of it, but I was rather sick at heart, and angry too, for it was the Kennedy's [sic] that brot [sic] about the {Bay of Pigs] fiasco." He expressed this anger in a condolence letter to Allen Dulles's widow in 1969, discovered among Dulles' papers at Princeton University. Prescott's next line is particularly memorable: "I have never forgiven them. 8 The expression of such lingering resentment, six years after JFK's death, was doubly chilling because it came just months after a second Kennedy, Robert had been gunned down under mysterious circumstances, once again by a seemingly unstable lone gunman." Adamson's vol. 1 p. 14, 18.

Connecticut had uttered these warm
words of tribute on behalf of his dying
friend, Dulles' brother Allen had directed
the nation's Cold War efforts for
seven years as head of the CIA. In the
process, Prescott Bush also complimented
the Senate majority leader at
the time, Lyndon Baines Johnson. The
Congressional Record
of the July 26,
1955 proceedings shows Republican
Prescott Bush "crossing the aisle" to
praise Democratic Majority Leader
LBJ following Johnson's heart attack.
The senior Bush insisted that a complimentary
newspaper editorial about the
ailing senator be reprinted in its entirety.
26
Also while Prescott Bush was a
U.S. Senator he corresponded and met
occasionally with Allen Dulles. A
review of the correspondence indicates
that Prescott Bush wrote glowing letters
of recommendation on at least one
occasion to Dulles, while he was
Deputy Director of the CIA in January,
1953, on behalf of a rich Texas oil man
for a CIA appointment. 27
In addition, the correspondence
indicates that Prescott Bush arranged
for meetings in Washington, D.C.
between members of the Senate
Appropriations Committee and Dulles
when he was CIA director in 1958. 28
Finally, evidence has shown that
Prescott Bush was "deeply worried
about the Cuban situation" during the
time of the Cuban Missile Crisis in
1962 and relayed his concerns in correspondence
to Dulles marked "personal
and confidential." This is an important
piece of the puzzle for the Bay of Pigs
failed invasion was code-named by the
CIA "Operation Zapata" and Zapata
Oil was owned by Prescott's son.29
Prescott Bush dispensed warm
words of praise in Congress to the CIA
director's brother, to LBJ - a member
of the opposition party and the man
who would become president upon
JFK's assassination. The senior Bush
also served on the board of directors of
at least two major U.S. companies with
documented links to the CIA, and had
long personal ties to the CIA director.
The record also clearly indicates
Prescott Bush never forgave the
Kennedys for firing Dulles after the
Bay of Pigs fiasco in 1962.
In the meantime, Prescott's second-
born son George Bush was making
a name for himself in the Texas oil
business before deciding to follow his father's footsteps.

Baker: p. 49: Kennedy was interested in revoking the oil depletion allowance, a decision that would have meant steep losses for Texas oilmen....

Baker p. 50 : Adamson both used August 25, 1988 article by Joseph McBride in Nation magazine on James Parrott. A man who identified himself as George H.W. Bush phoned the FBI in Houston a few hours after President John F. Kennedy's assassination in Dallas to report that a ring-wing Young Republican had 'been talking of killing the president." FBI documents show.

Baker p. 52-53 continues with the Parrott FBI Letter typed out in full - "Indeed, no one paid any heed to the whereabouts of Poppy Bush at the time of the JFK assassination--except Barbara Bush. In 1994, three decades after Poppy began not remembering where he was on November 22, 1963, it was suddenly Barbara who remembered...The venue was her 1994 book Barbara Bush: A Memoir, which was published ten months after the document's declassification....Barbara begins to describe that fateful day on page 59 of her memoirs: 'On November 22, 1963, George and I were in the middle of a several-city swing. I was getting my hair done in Tyler, Texas...." Adamson vol. 1 page 50.

George Bush making a mysterious call to Graham Kitchell, FBI agent, whose brother
"George" was friends with Bush and de Mohrenschildt. Bush does not remember
making phone call. Kitchell would have known Bush's voice and it proves that George
H.W. Bush made the call and he wrote down his address. Barbara Bush wrote in her
biography that she was with George in Tyler, Texas on Nov. 22, 1963, and condemns

Baker p. 67 : chapter Oswald's Friend: Maybe you will be able to bring a solution into the hopeless situation I find myself in. My wife and I find ourselves surrounded by some vigilantes; our phone bugged: and we are being followed everywhere. Either FBI is involved in this or they do not want to accept my complaints We are driven to insanity by this situation......Could you do something to remove this net around us ?" Adamson vol. 1

Baker p. 68: "Yet a half a year later, de Mohrenschildt was dead. The cause was officially determined to be suicide with a shotgun. Investigators combing through de Mohrenschildt's effects came upon his tattered address book, largely full of entries made in the 1950s. Among them, though apparently eliciting no further inquiries on the part of the police was aan old entry for the current CIA director, with the Midland address where he had lived in the early days of Zapata: BUSH, GEORGE H.W. (POPPY), 1412 W. OHIO ALSO ZAPATA PETROLEUM, MIDLAND.
Adamson v. 1 page 90 and p. 93.

1412 W. Ohio in Midland, Texas as it looks today in May of
1993. Hardly looks like a former residence of a past
President. (Photograph taken by Patricia Watson.)

Baker p. 70 : "In 1915, the czar's government dispatched a second uncle of George de Mohrenschildt, the handsome young diplomat Ferdinand von Mohrenschildt, 4 to Washington to plead for American intervention in the war---an intervention that might rescue the czarist forces when being crushed by the invading German army. President Wilson had been reelected...Wilson administration, Secretary of State3 Robert Lansing was the young of a young diplomat-spy by the name of Allen Dulles.... Adamson v. 4 p.32.

George and Dimitri's alleged uncle
Ferdinand de Mohrenschildt married Nona
McAdoo. Her father, William Gibbs McAdoo
remarried President Woodrow Wilson's daughter.
Allen Dulles' uncle, Robert Lansing, was
Secretary of State, from 1915 until 1920.
Robert Lansing and McAdoo had founded
the Secret Service during World War I.
Dimitri and George were quite aware of
the relationship between their living cousin
Ferdina von Mohrenschildt (aka. Mrs. J.
Drayton Hostie) who is still alive and who is
also a living granddaughter of Wm. Gibbs
McAdoo, once Secretary of the Treasury.
McAdoo also built two New York City subways
across the Hudson river and to New
Jersey. 5
During the Cold War, Dulles continuously
pushed his Soviet Threat policy to his
brothers State Department. In order to be the
nation's expert on Soviet Affairs, Dulles
relied upon the best advice available on
Russian history. Doing so, tied him directly to
two of the most experienced in Soviet affairs
experts in the nation at the Russian Review.
Dulles came into direct contact with Wm. H.
Chamberlin from the Russian Review, and had
access to all of the expert opinions on Russian
politics and recent history.
Chamberlin sat upon the Editorial
Advisory Board at the Review while simultaneously
directoring and influencing the CIA's
Amcomlib (aka. Radio Liberty program).
Dulles sat in on the annual meetings at
Amcomlib.
In 1959 Dulles spoke on how we should
handle the Soviets' progress and not blow it

Baker p. 71: "In 1920, Ferdinand's nephew Dimitri von Mohrenschildt, the older brother of George, arrived in the United States and entered Yale University. Adamson vol. 4. page 4.

In July 1922, Dimitri left Japan on board
the ship "Birmingham City." When he entered
the U.S. he was fortunate enough to be
enrolled into Yale University. Dimitri's
roommate was Rudy Vallee and he found it
extremely difficult to study when Rudy continuously
played his saxophone.

Baker p. 72: "While Dimitri von Mohrenschildt clearly enjoyed society glamour, in reality his life was heading underground. Dimitri's lengthy covert resume would include serving in the Office of Strategic Services wartime spy agency and later cofounding Radio Free Europe and Radio Liberty. In 1941, Dimitri also founded a magazine, the Russian Review and later became a professor at Dartmouth. Adamson v. 4 page 34.
Information at the National Archives tells
us that Dimitri Von Mohrenschildt translated
documents for the OSS during World War II.

Adamson vol 4, page 5.

In 1935-36 Dimitri then moved to New
York City and was again "a free lance" writer
for Henry Luce's Life and Fortune magazines.
This may have been where he met Ralph
Ingersoll, who was Henry Luce's manager.
His brother George also knew Ralph
MacAlister Ingersoll, for he had a typed entry
in his phone book entered in 1954-55.
In the 1930s Dimitri married Betty
(Cartwright) Hooker and lived at 950 Park
Avenue. Ushers at the wedding were Serge
Obolensky's manager at the Sherry-Netherland
hotel, Alexander Tarsadize, and a relative,
Baron Lilienfeld-Tall. Dimitri and Betty spent
their honeymoon in Washington D.C.
Allen Dulles knew George von Lilienfeld
who was born in Riga, Latvia. It is not known
if the Mohrenschildt's relative was related to
George von Lilienfeld. Dimitri Von
Mohrenschildt at age 91 has refused to comment.

"Betty's son, Edward Gordon Hooker entered prep school at Phillips Academy in Andover, Massachusetts. There, he shared a small cottage with George H.W. "Poppy" Bush. Bush and Hooker became inseparable. They work together on Pot pourri, the student yearbook whose photos show a handsome young Poppy Bush and an even more handsome Hooker. [Adamson published photo of both] The friendship would continue in 1942, when both Bush and Hooker, barely eighteen, enlisted in the Navy and served as pilots in the Pacific. Afterward, they would be together at Yale. Whem Hooker married, Poppy Bush served as an usher. The relationship between Bush and Hooker lasted for three decades until 1967, when Hooker died of an apparent heart attack. 10 He was just forty-three. Six years after Hooker's death, Poppy Bush would serve as surrogate father, giving away Hooker's daughter at her wedding to Ames Braga, scion of a Castro-expropriated Cuban sugar dynasty.

Dimitri wrote. 147
Edward Hooker
first met George de
Mohrenschildt years
earlier, in Belgium in
1936, when Dimitri
was planning to
marry Edward's
mother. It was the
Hooker family that
was closely associated
with the Bouviers
of Easthampton, New

introduced George de
Mohrenschildt to
Janet Lee Bouvier (mother of Jackie
Kennedy), "who admired de Mohrenschildt
because he was an excellent
tennis player and a great horseman."
How far did her relationship go? 148
According to FBI documents,
Hooker felt that Jeanne Le Gon-de
Mohrenschildt was the instigator in
getting involved with Marina and Lee
Harvey Oswald. 149
The ties between the Hookers and
Bush were so close that George Bush
was the one who gave away Edward
Hooker's daughter, Susan Hooker,
at her wedding. This according to
Marion (Butler) Hooker, his widow, as
her husband Edward Hooker died in
1967. 150
Betty (Cartwright)
Hooker, Edward's

George de

stayed with Dimitri and
Mrs. Hooker at their

Baker p. 73: "In 1937 Betty Hooker and Dimitri von Mohrenschildt married. By then, Dimitri had been hired by Henry Luce as a stringer for Time magazine. Prescott would likely have been keen to know his son's roommates stepfather--this intriguing Russian anti-Communist aristocrat, with a background in the oil business and a desgree from Yale, working for Prescott's Skull and Bones friend Luce. Meanwhile Dimitri's younger brother, George, had been living with their family in exile in Poland." Adamson v. 4 p. 5.

Dimitri finished his dissertation which
was published in 1936 and received a Ph.D
from Columbia University that year. 17
In 1935-36 Dimitri then moved to New

Baker: p. 74 : Dimitri von Mohrenschildt was a star player in this game on a some what exalted level. He found sponsorship for a role as an academic and publisher specializing in anti-Bolshevik materials, and later became involved in more ambitious propaganda work with Radio Liberty and Radio Free Europe. Adamson vol. 4 many citations for above.

Letter from Howland Sargeant to Stand Ward, dated Oct.
2, 1959. Mentions Cyril Black and Hadley Cantril both tied
to Dimitri Von Mohrenschildt. Cord Meyer was appointed
by Dulles to supervisor the CIA's Radio Liberty and Radio
Free Europe programs. See pages two and three on next page.

Baker p. 75; "...By the mid-forties, de Mohrenschildt was working in Venezuela for Pantepec Oil, the firm of Wm. F. Buckley's family...The Buckley boys like the Bushes, had been in Skull and Bones, and Bill Buckley, whose conservative intellectual magazine National Review was often politically helpful to Poppy Bush, would later admit to a stint working for the CIA himself. named, "Hooker & de Mohrenschildt,
Ltd." The company had offices in
Denver, New York, and Abilene,
Texas; about 150 miles from Zapata

The dates of de Mohrenschildt's
employment with Hooker are in total
conflict with his resume in which he
resided in the CIA-run Republic
National Bank Building of Dallas from
1950-1958, and used this address when
he wrote to JFK in 1963.

Baker p. 76-77; Some accounts have Paul Raigorodsky have him serving in the OSS, the forerunner of the CIA. He also became an acknowledge friend of FBI director J. Edgar Hoover. Raigorodsky was director of the Tolstoy Foundation, a U.S. government-funded organization that assisted Russian exiles. The second most influential man in the Russian emigre was George Bouhe, an oil account. In the 1920s, while a high school student in Petrograd, Bouhe had work for the American Relief Administration, a spy-cover charity that provided food aid to the Russian population...Then he moved to Dallas, where he became the bookkeeper for Lewis W. MacNaughton, a partner in the highly influential petroleum geology consulting firm DeGolyer and MacNaughton and a board member of Dresser Industries. Bouhe and Raigorodsky both would befriend de M and remain in close contact with him during 1962 and 1963. ...all clustered together under the remarkable leadership of Poppy Bush's "uncle," Neil Mallon. In 1951, Mallon launched the Dallas Council on World Affairs. Under this umbrella, Mallon brought together many of Dallas's most powerful citizens. George de Mohrenschildt moved to Dallas in 1952 established himself as a consulting geologist...He joined the powerful Petroleum Club and became a regular at Council on World Affairs meetings. 17....One was the Texas chapter of the Crusade for Freedom, a private conduit for laundered money to be sent to "freedom fighters." Adamson vol. 3 page 25, 42; vol. 5, p. 100

We also know that de Mohrenschildt was quite friendly with Paul Raigorodsky
who told the FBI that he was friends with the
FBI Director, J. Edgar Hoover. It was
Raigorodsky who sponsored de Mohrenschildt's
membership at the Dallas Petroleum
Club, where H.L. Hunt hung out and it was
H.L. Hunt who was under FBI protection
after the assassination.
George Bouhe, told the FBI that de
Mohrenschildt said to him that if he every
needed help from the FBI in Washington he
should call upon de Mohrenschildt for he
could get him assistance. How did de
Mohrenschildt get this influence with the FBI
Director? Surely it was not for being a Nazi
agent during WWII. Was de Mohrenschildt a
lover of Hoover's? Who knows they both
hung out with Clint Murchison at his hotel
Del Charro, in San Diego, California! Maybe
there was a reason why Murchison planted
fresh fruit trees outside the window of the
Director's room. 62
No one has ever attempted to connect
Jack Ruby to George de Mohrenschildt. Jack
Ruby was born Jacob Rubenstein and was the
fifth child of his parents. Ruby was born in
the same year as de Mohrenschildt on March
25, 1911. His parents were Joseph (b. 1871,
in Sokolov) and Fannie Turek (Rutkowski)
Rubenstein. Joseph Rubenstein entered the
Russian artillery in 1893 and served in
Siberia, China and Korea and in 1898 said
goodbye to the army life.
In 1903 he arrived in the United States
settling in Chicago. In 1921 the parents separated
and Jack had been raised by a father
who was an alcoholic and a mother who had
"an uncontrollable temper." The strongest tie
between Ruby to de Mohrenschildt is through
George McGhee and back to George Bouhe.
Bouhe and Ruby lived directly across the
street from one another in 1960. While
Bouhe worked for McGhee's father-in-law's
company DeGolyer & MacNaughton.
Jack Ruby had been approached by the
FBI to be an agent. The House Select
Committee on Assassinations made this disclosure
on a chronicle examination of Ruby.
On January 1, 1960, Jack Ruby was living
at the Continental House in apartment 105
at 4727 Homer and had the following telephone
number (TA-7-9883) and the White
Russian leader George Bouhe lived right
across the street at 4740 Homer Apartment
No. "O."
Surely, someone of Bouhe's background
would have taken an interest in Jack Ruby
whose father served in the Russian artillery.
Bouhe had a great reputation of getting
involved with people of Russian descent.63

vol 5 The truth is that de Mohrenschildt
was quite popular around the Dallas
Petroleum Club, not only amongst oilmen
but with G- men and certain CIA
agents.
Below is a list of Dallas
Petroleum Club members who were
entered in de Mohrenschildt's address

Baker p. 78-79; In 1953 Jeanne and Robert LeGon moved to Dallas. Her first job there was as a designer with Nardis Sportswear, which was owned by Bernard L. "Benny" Gold a tough-talking Russian-born Jew who had started out as Brooklyn cabdriver and ended up as a titan of the Dallas fashion scene. The store shipped goods out on planes via Slick Airways, owned by the oilman and renowned explorer Tom Slick, a Dresser Industries board member and good friend of Prescott Bush. Benny Gold knew everyone he was president of the Dallas Fashion Center and the huge parties. When Jeanne first arrived in town, Benny Gold put her up in his mansion. Gold joined all the anti-Communist groups as well as Neil Mallon's Dallas Council of World Affairs. He employed...Jeanne designed clothing, her coworker Abraham Zapruder cut the patterns and material. A decade later Zapruder, by then the owner of his own company would become world famous for his breathtaking home-movie footage of the Kennedy Assassination. Adamson vol. 1 p. 77-78. Adamson's discovery on Bernard Gold was published in the Dallas Morning News twice he ran ad to locate 4 people to confirm at a cost of $1,000 dollars for a month.

Baker p 79: De M later told the Warren Commission that he left the Buckley's Pantepec Oil back in 1946 after a falling-out with a company vice president. Yet by 1950 he was working with his former boss, Pantepec president Warren Smith on the latter's new firm called the Cuban-Venezuelan Oil Voting Trust. Adamson vol. 2, p. 7;

McGhee was a director of Pantepec Oil in the
mid 1940s near the time de Mohrenschildt
worked with Pantepec as a geologist. Both de
Mohrenschildt and McGhee were also geologists
for various organizations during the years
of 1939-1940.
Between 1940-41, McGhee was an
explorer and producer of oil. During the War
years under the influence of his father-in-law,
Everette DeGolyer, McGhee worked on the
War Production Board and Combined War
Materials Board 1941-43.
In the 1940s, de Mohrenschildt became
a good friend with Warren Smith who was
President of Pantepec Oil. W.F. Buckley, Jr.
would become a CIA agent only five years
after de Mohrenschildt left Pantepec oil!
Before Castro's revolution, de Mohrenschildt
worked with Warren Smith for the Cuban-
Venezuela Oil Company. Smith would periodically
call on de Mohrenschildt to examine the
oil fields in Cuba.

In addition to the FBI record of

Written by J. Edgar
Hoover, it is dated November 29, 1963,
one week after the assassination.
Hoover's memo is directed to the

The Hoover memo concerns the reaction
of Miami's anti-Castro Cuban

Prescott Bush was "deeply worried
about the Cuban situation" during the
time of the Cuban Missile Crisis in
1962 and relayed his concerns in correspondence
to Dulles marked "personal
and confidential." This is an important
piece of the puzzle for the Bay of Pigs
failed invasion was code-named by the
CIA "Operation Zapata" and Zapata
Oil was owned by Prescott's son.29
Prescott Bush dispensed warm
words of praise in Congress to the CIA
director's brother, to LBJ - a member
of the opposition party and the man
who would become president upon
JFK's assassination. The senior Bush
also served on the board of directors of
at least two major U.S. companies with
documented links to the CIA, and had
long personal ties to the CIA director.
The record also clearly indicates
Prescott Bush never forgave the
Kennedys for firing Dulles after the
Bay of Pigs fiasco in 1962.
In the meantime, Prescott's second-
born son George Bush was making
a name for himself in the Texas oil
business before deciding to follow his
father's footsteps.

The trade publication Oil and Gas Journal charged that RFK was setting up a "battleground [on which] business and government will collide." FBI director Hoover expressed his own reservations, especially about the use of his agents to gather information in the matter. Hoover's close relationship with the oil industry was part of the oil-intelligence link he shared with Dulles and the CIA. Industry big shots weren't just sources; they were clients and friends...One of Hoover's good friends, the ultra rich Texas oilman Clint Murchison Sr., was among the most aggressive players in the depletion allowance dispute ....Robert Kerr owner of Kerr-McGee oil company. So friendly was he with his Republican colleague Prescott Bush that when Poppy Bush was starting up his Zapata Offshore operation, Kerr offered some of his own executives to help. Several of them even left Kerr's company to become Bush's top executives. Adamson vol. 1, pp. 100-01, p. 116-117

Slick was a world traveler and

Kerr as a favor to his Republican

W.C. "Jim" Savage to give George a

Savage's supervisor at Kerr-
McGee, George B. Kitchel knew both
George Bush and George de Mohrenschildt,
but has told the author he was
not aware the two men were friends.
Kitchel worked for Kerr-McGee Oil
company for 25 years, joining the company
in 1949 and retiring as the company's
vice president in 1974. Before
that he worked for Humble Oil, managing
oil drilling operations from 1932

Mohrenschildt who worked as a mere
"roughneck" (oil laborer) for Humble
in 1938. Kitchel, who is listed in de
Mohrenschildt's telephone book, said
he knew him "very well," and describes
himself as a great admirer. 100
Kitchel also credits himself with
being the man who first introduced
George Bush into politics.

Baker p 93, "DeGolyer's son-in-law the husky and voluble George McGhee, was the son of a bank president from Waco...naval service in the Pacific, followed by work in the Washington on the War Production Board. McGhee asking him about his relationship
with George de Mohrenschildt at William F.
Buckley, Sr.'s Pantepec Oil Company, whose
son William F. Buckley,Jr. was tied to several
of Dimitri's friends and the CIA. George
McGhee refused to acknowledge this authors
letters.
While McGhee did respond unknowingly
to a researcher this author had hired to inquire
on other subjects other than de Mohrenschildt.
Evidence has shown us that McGhee was
associated with de Mohrenschildt for eight
years while they worked within the CIA's
Republic National Bank Building, where both
ran their geological oil businesses.
Both were connected to LBJ, Prescott
and George Bush; to the Dallas Council on
World Affairs; to the CIA; to William F.

whose son W.F. Buckley, Jr. would become

When LBJ became vice-president, he oversaw McGhee's appointment as undersecretary of state for political affairs. McGhee's elevation to one of the top posts in the State Department particularly annoyed Robert Kennedy, who managed to get him reassigned as ambassador to West Germany. McGhee "was useless," said RFK. "In every conversation you had with him, you couldn't possibly understand what he was saying." 23 Needless to say, McGhee did not become a member of the Bobby Kennedy fan club." A year later, McGhee would become co-

De Mohrenschildt testified before the
Warren Commission that he knew its founder
Henry Neil Mallon (George Bush's protege)
and it's president George McGhee.
Bush was so impressed by Mallon that
he paid him the ultimate compliment when he
named his son Neil Mallon Bush. Unfortunately
for Bush his son became wrapped up
in a banking scandal which was far more controversial
than Whitewater, but for some reason
received far less press.
Henry Neil Mallon founded the DCWA

vice-president of the DCWA, while other
directors of the DCWA included: Jerome K.

Vice-President,LBJ's assistant Walter Jenkins writing to the best friend of Lee
Harvey Oswald on April 18th, 1963. This was seven months before the assassination
and the letter is being sent to the CIA's trust Republic National Bank Building.
This letter is extremely important because it was the General Walker shooting on
April 10th, 1963, that helped convict Oswald as the lone assassin of JFK. As far as
I know it was first discovered and copyrighted by this author in 1992-93. Courtesy
of the LBJ Library. The following day de Mohrenschildt leaves for Washington D.C.

"I knew the Texas [ de M] wasn't there to sell hemp," Matlack said, 49. Adamson vol. 5, page 76.

This tells us that de Mohrenschildt's
visit was not for a geological
survey of Haiti in the first place, but
invading the island of Haiti to overthrow
Papa Doc Duvalier. Then what
about the thee snipers who almost killed
Papa's babies on April 26th? Matlack
testified that George and Jeanne de
Mohrenschildt accompanied Charles to
this Washington D.C. meeting and that
their presence was a "surprise" to her.
In volume VII there is a Photograph
of Igor Cassini aka. Cholly Knickerbocker
exactly one year before Mrs.
Cassini committed suicide with Mrs.
Joseph Dryer.
Matlack did not know what role
de Mohrenschildt was serving, but felt
he "dominated" Charles in some way.
Matlack said that despite the explanation
of Charles and de Mohrenschildt
were in a jute partnership [hemp] business
together. Referring to de
Mohrenschildt, Matlack said, "I knew
the Texan wasn't there to sell hemp."
Matlack also testified that she was
so disturbed by de Mohrenschildt at the
meeting that she discussed it with the
FBI liaison, Pat Putham seven months
prior to the assassination.
Matlack said she never heard
what action, if any, was taken by the
FBI about de Mohrenschildt.

Jean deMenil on August 7, 1962. Both Philip
C. Johnson and LBJ were good friends with
Jean deMenil.
It should be noted that while de
Mohrenschildt was in Haiti he received a letter
from Lawrence Orlov, addressed to P.O.
Box 261, Dallas which was postmarked
October 16, 1964. Orlov was the handball
partner with Dallas CIA agent James Walton
Moore.
Jean deMenil was a director at the
Schlumberger Company, which also held an
office within John Mecom's CIA-trust San
Jacinto Building.
Dresser Industries was also in John
Mecom's CIA-trust building. But the most
noteworthy piece of evidence was that
Dresser, Schlumberger and de Mohrenschildt
all had offices within the CIA-run Republic
National Bank Building in Dallas.
Mr. Jean deMenil
Schlumberger Ltd.
P.O. Box 2173
Houston, Texas
Dear Mr. deMenil:
In order to keep you informed on the developments
in Haiti, I am enclosing herewith a copy of the letter
sent to me by Mr. Clemard J. Charles, president of the
Banque Commerciale d'Haiti (COMBANK) which is
self-explanatory and a copy of the wire from Mr. B.
Tardieu.
As you may see the Inter[-A]merican Development
Bank is willing to contribute substantially to our program
already. As soon as Mr. Tardieu sends to me the
evaluation of the real estate holdings in Haiti which
will be put into Curtis Lee, Inc. we shall incorporate in
Texas for $100,000.
Kindly let me know if you may want to become a
stockholder in this corporation and if so how many
shares should be eventually kept reserved for you. I
am very anxious to have you as a participant. I shall
be at your disposal for any additional information. Call
Emerson 3-1365 in Dallas." 4
De Mohrenschildt wanted desperately to
bring deMenil into the Haitian project.
DeMenil's Houston home had been previously
designed, in 1950, by Philip Johnson.
Johnson was the designer of the New
York Museum of Modern Art for Nelson
Rockefeller. Philip C. Johnson had in the
past designed the building for the
Schlumberger Corporation.
John R. Suman was a director at
Schlumberger and he had hired de Mohrenschildt,
in 1938, at Humble Oil. But on
August 8, 1962, deMenil wrote to de
Mohrenschildt:
"I am afraid I have not been able to generate
any interest on the part of my friend. I
am very sorry..."
Who was his friend? DeMenil sent a
copy of his letter to Paul Raigorodsky, was it
that the good friend was also a friend of the
FBI Director? Raigorodsky, Hoover and
Governor John Connally, who rode shotgun
with JFK had all belonged to the Tryall Club,
of Jamaica. 5
DeMenil wrote de Mohrenschildt again
on August 27: "I am afraid I cannot entertain
it because of some strange implications of the
proposed new tax law. " 6

Baker p. 111: "I found further that only had Byrd employed de M at his Three States Oil and Gas Co. during the 1950s, but that the connection went deeper still. Documents I studied show that in Sept.1962, just weeks before he began to squire Oswald, George de Mohrenschildt incorporated a charity ostensibly devoted to the study of cystic fibrosis and put D.Harold Byrd's wife on the board. 56 --- Adamson v. 4, p. 68; v5 p. 78; LF p. 10; v. 2, p. 67; v. 3, p. 25. Does not mention how Jackie Kennedy was honorary chairman of Cystic Fibrosis = is this why Gore Vidal praises Baker's book on the cover ?

Baker p. 112: Then there is the intelligence background of Paine's family, which was in addition to her mother-in-law's ties to Dulles' girl friend [Mary Bancroft]" Adamson v. 7 entire volume is dedicated to this connection.

Baker 114; " One curious matter concerns some communications about de M in June, 1963, between the Republic National Bank in Dallas and Brown Brothers Harriman in New York --where ex-senator Prescott Bush had just resumed work as a senior partner. The date is important because it is just after de M leaves for Haiti. The communications, revealed in an FBI agent's report of 1964, appear odd. As it is presented, a confidential client of Brown Brothers, "a firm dealing in the important and export of fibers, " had made a credit insuiry "concerning George de Mohrenschildt." Brown Brothers had replied that it knew nothing of him, but forwarded the inquiry to Republic National Bank, whose "report was favorable concerning de Mohrenschildt's credit." Why this confidential client would ask a bank in New York about a man based in Texas and this bank in particular is not made clear." Adamson was first to published this see vol. 1, page 57;

Adamson p. 65;
George de Mohrenschildt went to
this very same building at 59 Wall
Street when he applied for a line of
credit at Harriman and Brown through
the Republic National Bank in May of
1963.9
As mentioned, both Allen Dulles
and Countess Alexandra Tolstoy
enjoyed banking at the New York City
Bank at 48 Wall Street.
The President of the Bank wrote
to Senator Prescott Bush on July 10,
1953 thanking him for the text to
Prescott's speech at the Bond Club.10
This on its face would not be so
odd if it were not for the fact that
George Bush was so close to Oswald's
closest friend and a participant in the
JFK assassination in so many different
ways. That Senator Tower received
correspondence from Oswald on April
24, 1961; and again on January 5,
1962, Tower wrote a letter in Oswald's
behalf to Frederick G. Dutton, assistant
to the Secretary of Congressional
Relations, shortly before Tower's
Texas-styled barbecue at Senator
Prescott Bush's Connecticut residence
on January 26, 1962. Keep Prescott
Bush's words in mind "I never forgave
the Kennedy's for what they did
to Allen.
"

Baker p. 116: It turns out that the short, bald recorder of history was also a former colleague of Mrs. de Mohrenschildt, who worked with her at Nardis of when she first moved to Dallas. Zapruder also sat on the board of Neil Mallon's Dallas Council on World Affairs....32nd degree Freemason. The film he would make on November 22 would soon be purchased by Henry Luce, a Skull and Bones colleague of Prescott Bush and a devotee of intelligence whose wife, Clare Booth Luce had personally funded efforts to overthrow Castro. 72 Henry Luce had warned that JFK would be punished if he went soft on Communism. After quickly purchasing the original Zapruder film Luce's Life magazine kept it in lockdown until New Orleans D.A. Jim Garrison successfully subpoenaed it in 1969." Adamson v. 4, page 70:

Amcomlib held it's first meeting two
years before their first broadcast on January
12, 1951. Besides acting as a Director
Chamberlin was one of the cofounders of
Amcomlib. The other was Henry Luce's main
man, Allen P. Grover, Vice President of Time,
Inc. The Chamberlin, Dulles and Luce connection
turned out to be a very important point
when considering Abe Zapruder sold his film
to Time-Life and Zapruder worked with Mrs.
de Mohrenschildt in 1953-54. She was then
known as Jeanne Le Gon.

Adamson v. 6, pages 83-84.

Clare Luce gave an interview on
November 16, 1975 to Betty Beale of the
Washington Star. Clare mentioned the year
1963 when the Bay of Pigs invasion (aka.
Operation Zapata) was in 1961 and the Cuban
Missile Crisis was in 1962. Clare's interview
was retained by the CIA:
"'The year is 1963, a year of great
American trauma,"she began her narration to
recent dinner guests in her aqua-colored
Watergate apartment. "I had a friend named
Bill Pawley who was brought up in Cuba and
who was Truman's ambassador to Peru and
Brazil. I got to know Bill very well in India
and China when he had built up a voluntary
outfit called "The Flying Tigers." Bill was
also called in by the CIA to recruit Cubans for
the Bay of Pigs operation.
Afterwards he was a very unhappy man.
It is important that William D. Pawley was
conducting business in 1956 with de Mohrenschildt's
"good friend" George McGhee,
Under Secretary of State under JFK. McGhee
was despised by the Attorney General, RFK.
"One day he called me up and said,
"How would you like to get in on the Cuban
Flying Tigers operation?" He had in mind a
fleet of motorboats subsidized by Americans
and managed by Cubans who had been in the
Bay of Pigs Operation-all these young kids
who had been stranded after the Bay of Pigs.
"I said, Fine." So I helped to finance a
motorboat. The three lads who managed mine
came up to see me several times. They would
leave the coast of Florida and land in Cuba
and come out with information.
The information they came out with was
remarkably accurate-that the Russians were
building missile sites in Cuba. I was told that
the information was eventually fed to Senator
Ken Keating and was passed on to the White
House. You remember what an impression it
made and how accurate it was."
(Author's Note: On August 25, 1964,
Mary Bancroft wrote to Robert Kennedy that
she was happy about RFK's announcement to
run against Senator Ken Keating for the U.S.
Senate for the State of New York. Bancroft
had then and would continue to coach Warren
Commissioner, Allen Dulles while being a
close friend of the Oswald's attorney Mark
Lane and the step-mother of Oswald's former
benefactors. 109-a
Clare Boothe Luce continued:
"He said that immediately after the 1961
missile showdown, FBI men had come to
Miami and told the Cubans to break up all
resistance groups and disperse. He and two
other members of his crew had moved to New
Orleans where they started another "Free
Cuba" group. They had been there a year and
a half when who made contact with them but
Oswald!
"The Cubans all thought he was a kook.
Oswald bragged about having been in Russia
and said he was an ex-Marine. He said he
could shoot anybody and he would be happy
to shoot Castro. He had no money, he was living
with his wife in New Orleans and it he
looked as if he were presenting himself as
a hired gun. They didn't like the cut of his jib
so they turned him off. But they followed him
and found he was in a Fair Play for Cuba
Communist cell to whose members he was
giving the same line.

"And I remember this from the telephone
conversation-Oswald was telling...that he
could shoot anyone, including the secretary of
the Navy.
They continued their penetration of the
Cuban Communist cell. He said they made
tape recordings of some of Oswald's meetings
and they had taken photographs of him distributing
handbills for the Fair Play unit. The
next thing they knew President Kennedy was
shot.
"THE YOUNG CUBAN WHO called
me," continued former Ambassador Luce,
"said that there was a Cuban Communist
assassination team working somewhere-in
Dallas, New Orleans or wherever-I don't
remember, and that Oswald was their hired
gun. Oswald, he said, had tried to report the
Communist plans to the FBI some time before
the assassination. But because he was out for
the dough they didn't believe him..." 109-b
Two years later she and her husband
"Harry" sat in their New York apartment listening
to the televised reports of President
Kennedy's assassination when around midnight
Clare received a phone call from New
Orleans. "It was the captain of my motorboat,"
said Clare. "A young man not more
than 25, a young student lawyer. He said,
"Mrs. Luce, I want to tell you about
Oswald." 110
In an interview with Earl Golz, of the
Dallas Morning News Clare Luce told Golz
that in 1962: "THEN CAME THE
MISSILE showdown...I myself got a personal
call from Allen Dulles "who told her to 'get
out of that boat business,' because of the neutrality
act." Note that Golz wrote the piece on
de Mohrenschildt's mental illness ten days
before his suicide. 111

Baker p. 119: "If was Poppy Bush was busy on November 22, 1963, so was his friend Jack Crichton. Bush's fellow GOP candidate was a key figure in a web of military intelligence figures with deep connections to the Dallas Police Department...Crichton came back into the picture within hours of Kennedy's death the subsequent arrest of Lee Harvey Oswald, when a peculiar cordon sanitaire went up around Marina Oswald. The first to her side was Republican activist and precinct chairman Ilya Mamantov. a vociferous anti-Communist who frequently lectured in Dallas on the dangers of the Red menace. When invesigators arrived, Manantov stepped in as interpreter and embellished Marina's comments to establish in no uncertain terms that the "leftist" Lee Harvey Oswald had been the gunman---the loneman who killed the president.1 It was Crichton who had put the Dallas Police Department together with Mamantov and ensured his place at Marina Oswald's side at this crucial moment. Adamson v. 5. p. 21; v 2. p. 3

Adamson v. 5 p. 21:

Wasn't Lee Oswald a U.S. Marine
too? Yes! In 1957 but not in 1954.
Crichton, was the man who called upon
Ilya Mamantov as the Russian translator
for Marina Oswald on the day of the
assassination.

Adamson v. 2, p. 3;

Jack Crichton, who had picked Illya
Mamantov on the day of the assassination as
Marina Oswald's
Russian interpreter, had
in the past conducted
business with LBJ,
Clint Murchison and
with George McGhee
while working out of
the sixth floor of the
Fidelity Union Life
Building in Dallas.
Crichton was the President of Oil and
Gas Property Management Inc. In March of
1954, both McGhee and Crichton were both
involved with oil leases in the "Crescent-
Woodard No. 1, North Choudrant Field,
Lincoln Parish, Louisiana."
On March 12, 1954, McGhee informed
Crichton that he had been talking to Jack
Dougherty the vice-president of Empire Trust
Company Oil and Natural Gas Department of
New York City.

Baker : p. 119-121; Despite this revelation, Crichton almost completely escaped scrunity. The Warren Commission never interviewed him. Yet, as much as anyone, Crichton embodied a confluence of interests within the oil-intelligence-military nexus. And he was closely connected to Poppy in their mutual efforts to advance the then small Texas Republican Party, culminating in their accceptance of the two top positions on the state's Republican ticket in 1964. During WW II, Crichton had served in the OSS, the predecessor to the CIA. Postwar, he began working for the company of Petroleum czar Everette DeGolyer...Criichton left DeGolyer's firm in the early fifties he became involved in an almost incomprehensible web of companies with overlapping boards and ties to DeGolyer....A typical example of this corporate cronyism came in 1952, when Crichton was apart of a syndicate --- including Murchison, DeGolyer...Crichton was so plugged into the Dallas power structure that one of his company directors was Clint Murchison Sr. king of the oil depletion allowance and another was D. Harold Byrd, owenr of the Texas School Book Depository building." On November 22, Crichton suggested Mamantov to the police departmente as the ideal person to interpret for Marina. His basis for knowing this was that he maintained surveillance of the Russians in Dallas, working closely in this regard with the police department. Adamson v. 1 p. 105, 114 , 130 , v. 5 p. 114-5, p. 133. Note that Adamson points out that Mamantov was a good friend of Dimitri Von Mohrenschildt's not touched by Baker.

Adamson v. 1, p. 104-05: De Mohrenschildt have no shortage of
mutual friends or business acquaintances.
There is Ilya Mamantov, the
man who translated Marina Oswald's
Russian spoken words into English for
the FBI and the Warren Commission.109
In his book, The Man Who Knew
Too Much
, Dick Russell wrote that
Mamantov was asked
to serve as an interpreter
during the first
interrogation of Marina
Oswald, five scant
hours after the assassination.
The man who
called Mamantov was
Jack Crichton, who in
1963 headed Nafco Oil
& Gas Inc.. The former
military intelligence
officer was still
connected with the military as a member
of a U.S.Army Reserve
Intelligence Unit.
Crichton, according to the
Garrison investigation, also "had been
in a small group of Army officials who
met with H.L. Hunt soon after the
assassination." 110

Crichton also boasted of a close
relationship with George Bush in 1964,
saying he had nurtured the friendship
during his run for governor of Texas
against Connally, a Bush political
rival. 111
An internationally recognized oil
and gas consultant, Crichton also
called Clint Murchison one of his
"favorite names" in the oil business. "I
enjoyed doing work for him because of
his warm, friendly manner, his intelligence,
and the fact that he knew what
he wanted when asking for a report.
Many times I have met him at the
Dallas Petroleum Club to give a short
verbal report..." 112
Russell writes that Mamantov and
another de Mohrenschildt associate
Peter Gregory (also associated with the
oil industry in Texas) may have helped
manipulate Marina Oswald to incriminate
Lee Harvey in the "proper manner."
113
Adamson v. 5 p 114-15.

Crichton said that his favorite oilman
was indeed Clint Murchison.
Crichton continued: "Many times I have
met him at the Dallas Petroleum Club
to give a short verbal report..." 37
Crichton does not tell us how he
became acquainted with Illya
Mamantov (CIA). Crichton was an oil
and gas consultant and was on occasions
given the usual VIP treatment
Clint showed to LBJ, Hoover and others.
Crichton was just another one of
the Dallas Cowboys. Crichton was
invited down to Murchison's
Mexican ranch to discuss a
recent purchase of gas
properties in Oklahoma.
Crichton's head began
to swim when he
recalled: "We left
Addison the next day
on his plane...we landed
at the ranch" in
Sierra Madre, Mexico.
The ranch was a
76,000 acre spread. 38
On April 3, 1958,
LBJ was out of town
when his aide wrote to
Crichton that his suggestions
on "oil import"
problems would
be passed on to
LBJ "your
observations
will be helpful
to him." 39
Crichton's main link to the JFK assassination was that he picked within
five hours after the assassination the
White Russian, IIlya Mamantov, (a
friend of Dimitri Von Mohrenschildt's)
as the interpreter for Marina Oswald.
Mamantov like de Mohrenschildt was
also a crony of George Bush. One may
ask: "where on earth did Crichton get
his authority from?" Henry Wade, the
former District Attorney of Dallas does
not want to answer this question. The
candid truth is that Jack Crichton was in
military intelligence and not a part of
the Dallas Police Department or the
FBI. As a U.S. Marine, Crichton had
no authority in Dallas on November 22,
1963.Not only did Clint
know de Mohrenschildt,
Hoover, LBJ and Wm. J.
Hidell, he also had ties to
Nafco Oil, Inc.
Jack Crichton.
Crichton was a
man who
played a pivotal
role in the
JFK assassination investigation.

Baker p. 122; "A key element in this tangled tale is the little-appreciated overlap between the Dallas Police Department and Army Intelligence. As Crichton....was a crucial figure linking many seemingly disparate elements; military intelligence, local police, the GOP, the White Russians the oil community, George de Mohrenschildt and Poppy Bush. In the fall of 1963, about two months before JFK's assassination, the two policial neophyters Jack Crichton and George H.W. Bush ...would head the GOP ticket, both would used the same layer Pat Holloway, who worked out of the Republic National Bank Building....Adamson v. 5, p. 21; v. 1, p. 104-105, 134.

Adamson v. 5, p. 134:

The dates of de Mohrenschildt's
employment with Hooker are in total
conflict with his resume in which he
resided in the CIA-run Republic
National Bank Building of Dallas from
1950-1958, and used this address when
he wrote to JFK in 1963.
What is really interesting is that
we find that George Bush was suing
Governor John Connally in the
Houston District Court before JFK's
assassination and Connally's near
brush with death. George Bush was
later represented by two attorneys out
of the CIA-run Republic National
Bank Building. One of the attornies
was Patrick S. Holloway. Holloway's
father, Walter C. Holloway was a
lawyer mentioned in H.L. Hunt's letter
to JFK as one of the retired FBI agents
who could help the President. In later
years Holloway was involved in a bitter
lawsuit over Humble Oil Exploration
Co. (aka. HECI Exploration Co.),
which is covered and thoroughly investigated
within the H.L. Hunt volume,
Vol. III.
Holloway and Hunt's law firm
was on the same floor as de Mohrenschildt's
friend at the Dallas Council
on World Affairs, Jerome K.
Crossman; four floors above IDECO a
division of Dresser Industries, were
Bush began his oil career with Neil
Mallon; and seven floors above Storey
and Armstrong, lawyers who investigated
the JFK assassination for the
Texas Attorney General.
The Hunt and Holloway specialty
was General Civil Practice, State and
Federal Courts Corporate, Oil and Gas
Trials, Real Estate and Probate Law.
Refer to Hunt volume for case
details where Holloway sues judge

Mr. Bush, in his official resume,
claims that his first association with
the CIA came in 1976, when he was
named director. But according to the

Adamson v. 1, p. 119:

In 1963 Bush filed a lawsuit
against Governor John Connally before
the assassination. Connally had been
riding shot-gun with JFK, and was hit
by a "magic bullet."
On appeal, Bush was represented
by two lawyers out of the CIA-trust
Republic National Bank Building. One
of them was Patrick S. Holloway, the
son of Walter Holloway, a retired FBI
agent. H.L. Hunt had sent Walter
Holloway's name on a list in May of
1961 to JFK. De Mohrenschildt ran his
business out of this same building from
1950-58, and kept a phone and collected
his mail up until the assassination.
De Mohrenschildt was receiving his
mail within the CIA-trust building up
until 1966-67 when the International
Petroleum Register (38th Edition) had a
listing for him at 1639-1640 still using
the same telephone number EMerson 3-

Oswald had amongst his possessions
and the number de Mohrenschildt used

Baker p. 124 : The Republic National Bank board was wired into the hear of the anti Kennedy elite. The bank building itself stood out from Dallas towers as an important symbol, the headquarters of Dresser Industries and of a cnumber of corporations, law firms, and trusts connected with the Central Intelligence Agency, as well as being the building in which de Mohrenschildt himself had had offices. 13. (Baker lists Richard Harwood source, Business Leaders Are Tied to CIA's Covert Operations Washington Post Feb. 18, 1967. Adamson was the first to publish the importance of George de Mohrenschidlt's office being located in this building and volumes 2 is dedicated to this builiding with it being on the cover. Harwood had no idea in 1967 that de M was even in the building. Adamson made three trips to Dallas in his motorhome and used this building as a cover for volume 2.

Baker p. 132 ; "By 1964 with LBJ in the White House and Poppy Bush the Texas GOP nominee for US Senate, their relationship was highly cordial. An intriguing, if oblique, note from LBJ's assistant Leslie Carpenter to Walter Jenkins, a top LBJ adviser dated August 14, 1964, referred to Poppy: "Some one may like to know that George Bush was in town today for the day...[Bush] also had a press conference. During it he carefully refrained from saying anything critical of the President. 34 CREDIT given to Adamson in Bibliography.

Baker p. 263 ; In January of 1976, de M wrote to Willem Oltmans, a freelance Duth television reporter whom he had met eight years earlier. Oltman's reason for maintaining contact with de M has been a subject of some speculation. ...Oltman's was the son of an affluent family with a history...A Dutch citizen, he had graduated in the same Yale University class as William F. Buckley, and was a strident anti-Communist. Adamson v. 1 p. 3, p. 10.

SHOULD ADAMSON GO THROUGH ENTIRE CHAPTERS OF BOTH BOOKS TO FIND SIMLIARITIES ? BELOW

Baker p. 262-267, entire chapter to Edward Jay Epstein; Adamson had mentioned Epstein 86 times in vol. 1...; p. 266 "Epstein managed to publish Legend: The Secret World of Lee Harvey Oswald in 1978, beating the House Select Committee on Assassinations (HSCA) to the punch, and perhaps partially influencing its conclusions. 36 With the assistance of two Reader's Digest staffers, Epstein was able to contact virtually every witness, thereby getting to them just ahead of House investigators. Among these was Oswald's shipboard roomate from his initial passage to Russia -- who coincidentally was from the Bush hometown of Midland, Texas. The roommate was Billy Joe Lord, had just sent a letter to President Jimmy Carter, asserting that there was a conspiracy involving the CIA and FBI. Lord would later complain to the FBI that Epstein's team tried to intimate him into cooperating. He said the Digest researchers even sought to exert pressure by invoking the Bushes, and also Jimmy Allison, Poppy's political lieutendant, who had by then returned to Midland. Allison was the publisher of the local daily, were Lord worked. " Adamson was the first to interview Billy Joe Lord after Epstein -- Lord took Adamson out to dinner and allowed him to shower while in Midland, Texas (8 month trip) and in vol. 1 p. 19, and 33.

Baker p. 267: In 1971, as U.N. ambassador, Poppy Bush wrote to the State Department on behalf of de Mohrenschildt, who claimed to be in a dispute with Haitian government. 38 And as recently as 1973, when Bush headed the Republican Party, de Mohrenschildt had sent him an amiable update note , mentioning that he was now teaching at a small private college and urging federal support for such schools. "And we shall vote for you when you run for President. he had concluded. "Your old friend G. DeMohrenschildt 39Baker GAVE CREDIT TO ADAMSON.

Baker p. 267: "By the fall of 1976, however, when his note was passed throughofficial channels, de Mohrenschildt was no longer upbeat. In fact...he was terrified:

"My wife and I find ourselves surrounded by some vigilantes; our phone bugged; and we are being followed everywhere. Either FBI is involved in this or they do not want to accept my complaints. We are driven to insanity by the situation... Could you do something to remove the net around us? This will be my last request for help.... Adamson v. 1 p. 41.

Baker has a couple of letters from the Bush Presidential Library that was not available to Adamson under FOIA.

Baker p. 271: In a subsequent call to George de M's lawyer, Oltmans learned that de Mohrenschildt was in a mental hospital receiving electric shock therapy for persecution complex. 40

On November 9, 1976, Jeanne de Mohrenschildt had signed papers authorizing that George be committed to a mental institution for three months. In a notarized affidavit, she claimed that George had made four suicide attempts in the past, thath e suffered from depression, heard voices, saw visions, and believed that the FBI and the Jewish Mafia were persecuting him--that is, his tormentors were everybody but the CIA, though it was CIA director Bush he had contacted to "remove the next. Adamson sources are v.1. pp.4,6, 12, 16, 21, 35-38, 88 and 93 Baker gives CREDIT on page 275 and 276 only in Bibliography. p. 149 p. 100 v. 2 p. 5;

Baker 270-1: Areound this time. Willem Oltman's was passing through Dallas from the West Coast and called de Mohrenschildt apartment. He was surprised when Jeanne De Mohrenschildt answered the phone, as the couple had been divorced for three years and lived separately. Jeanne clearly was not sober. She told him that her ex-husband was in the hospital, in bad shape. In a subsequent call to George's lawyer, Oltmans learened that de Mohrenschildt was in a mental hospital receiving electric shock theerapy for a persecution complex. v. 1 p. 28

On November 9, 1976, Jeanne de Mohrenschildt had signed papers authorizing that George be committed to a mental institution for three months. In a notarized affidavit, she claimed that George had made four suicide attempts in the past, that he suffered from depression, heard voices, saw visions, and believed that the FBI and the Jewish Mafia were persecuting him--that is, his tormentors were everybody bu the CIA, through it was CIA director Bush he had contacted to "remove the net." v. 1 p. 43.

George was brought to Parkland Hospital, the same facility where JFK had been rushed thirteen years earlier. His doctor of record administered intravenous drugs and a second doctor ordered electroshock therapy.

Baker page 272-273: The Cuckoo's Nest

Meanwhile, in February 1977, , just after Poppy left the CIA, the Dutch journalist Willem Oltman's was back in Dallas again. He had a conversation with de Mohrenschildt's lawyer, who told him de Mohrenschidlt was now out of the mental hospital. Oltmans then met for lunch with de Mohrenschildt and his lawyer.

Oltmans was shocked by the transformation of de Mohrenschildt, " I couldn't believe my eyes," he told the House SElect Committee on Assassinations in three hours of closed-session testimony shortly after de Mohrenschildt's death.

Author Notes:

Baker makes false conclusions on Dimitri Von Mohrenschildt as being on the board of Radio Free Europe - when it was Dimitri's friend who founded Radio Liberty and worked for the same publication as Russ Baker The Christian Science Monitor.

Let the public see Russ Baker's own Family Secrets and then Baker may cast the first stone, instead of free riding on Bruce Campbell Adamson's work.

Baker attacks George H.W. Bush and his ties to Oswald's closest CIA friend. What is needed to look at Russ Baker's family secrets to see WHY he stops short of investigating CBS owner William S. Paley. Paley admitted working with the CIA by allowing newscasters to pose as CIA agents. Russ Baker turned down a great opportunity to appear on "60 Minutes" a CIA asset.

Should Bloomsbury with ties to British Intelligence be allowed to attack Adamson, when he is a federal whistleblower and MI6 works hand in hand with the CIA? Note it was our CIA director today, Leon Panetta who supported Adamson in 1992-93 when he implicated George H.W. Bush in the JFK Assassination.

The Family Secrets of Russ Baker's Own Family - What are they Do they contain Shades of Black?

Kissinger and Conrad Black

Conrad Black - title Lord Black Cross of Crossharbour -

Lord Black was convicted of commingling monies from his business
Hollinger ltd., with his own. By 1990 his companies ran over 400 newspapers titles in
North America.

In 1998 C. Black's writers Julian Feldman and Daniel Sanger (article for Saturday Night) through Hollinger ordered books from Adamson and never paid for them. Adamson initated a
complaint with the US Postal Inspectors and Congressman Sam Farr. For they used Black's company to order books and never paid for them, using the U.S. Mails. Click here for Feldman and Sanger's article for Saturday Night.

Click to read article by Julian Feldman and Daniel Sanger - Conrad Black's employees a division of British Intelligence -- refused to pay for books and promised to give Adamson credit. Instead twisted de Mohrenschildt's story all around to fit Conrad Black's desires to protect his mentor and friend Charles Wrightsman of Palm Beach.

At the same time 1998 as Black's writers are harrassing Adamson - Henry Kissinger who has known Conrad Black for decades was inplicated in Adamson's research as a friend and representative of Dimitri and George de Mohrenschildt. Kissinger was on the board at Hollinger ltd. along with George Will and Richard Pearl.

Black vs. US Supreme Court and is tied to British Intelligence MI6

The U.S. Supreme Court his case on Dec. 8, 2009 and is expected to render a decision in
June of 2010 Black's application for bail has been rejected by both the Supreme Court and
the US District Court who sentenced him.

Black, Federal Bureauof Prisons # 18330#424, is incarcerated at Federal Corrections
Institution Low, Coleman. a part of the Coleman Federal Correction Complex Black will be
released on Oct. 30, 2013. Three weeks before JFK's 50th Anniversary. It was de
Mohrenschildt's friend Charles Wrightsman of Palm Beach, JFK's neighbor who was Black's
mentor was Charles Wrightsman a friend of George de Mohrenschildt's.

Baker intentionally misleds his readers by stating that Dimitri Von Mohrenschildt was on
the board of Radio Liberty. When it was Dimitri's closest friend was. It was this same
friend who wrote for The Christian Science Monitor as does Russ Baker.

Russ Baker attacks George Bush but ignored William S. Paley who employed George de
Mohrenschildt, Russ Baker and Dan Rather. Rather wrote praise on Baker's Family Secrets
book. Baker worked on a CBS project for 60 Minutes in preparation for a television piece
on Congressman Dan Burton of Indiana. 60 Minutes wanted to interview Baker, but he refused to be interviewed on 60 Minutes. Why ? It would have been good publicity. While owning CBS Paley admitted allowing CIA agents to pose as CBS newscasters.

There are some connections between Russ Baker and Conrad Black both having worked with
the Canadian publication Globe and Mail.

In 1978 Black was 'Man of the Year," by Toronto's Globe and Mail. Russ Baker wrote for the Globe and Mail.

On March 25, 2010 Conrad Black lost his Palm Beach 21,000 square foot home. The Tax Assessor has assessed Black's home for 32.6 million. Black still owns his home in Toronto, he had previously sold homes in London, New York to raise cash to help finance his long and expensive legal fight. In 2006 Black put up the Palm Beach estate as collateral to post bond.

Russ Baker attacks George Bush but ignored William S. Paley who employed George de Mohrenschildt, Russ Baker and Dan Rather. Rather wrote praise on Baker's Family Secrets book. Baker worked on a CBS project for 60 Minutes in preparation for a television piece on Congressman Dan Burton of Indiana. Was it because Baker and Paley are Jewish ?

On March 25, 2010 Conrad Black lost his West Palm Beach home. While Baker attacked Bush; Conrad Black sent a letter to Stephen Robinson when Robinson wrote an "unbalanced attack" against President George H.W. Bush. (Shades of Black, R. Siklos, pp.148-149. Black, Bush and Kissinger all have ties to the JFK Assassination through their ties to George de Mohrenschildt and Charles Wrightsman.

One should not forget that it was Conrad Black's Chicago Sun Times' writer, the late Robert D. Novak whom exposed the identity of Valerie Plame with George W. Bush and Dick Cheney's blessings.

Black's dad worked with British Intelligence during WWII. Paley was in charge of the OSS in Britain during World War II. Paley employed Oswald's Closest Friend and Russ Baker is now relying on Dan Rather's praise when he was in Dealey Plaza on November 22, 1963 working for Paley.

Material Russ "Russell" Baker used similiar to Adamson's 2000 word article for Larry Flynt which was completed in 1998 for Hustler Magazine and copyrighted separately by Adamson when killed by Flynt.

________________________________________________________________

Adamson has produced the following works :

1). 1998 worked on 2000 word article for Larry Flynt - much is in Baker's book;

2). 1996 The JFK Assassination Timeline Chart -

3). 1993-2004 copyrighted several times Oswald's Closest Friend; The George de Mohrenschildt Story.

4). The Public Remains in the Dark on JFK, Diana and September 11th.

_________________________________________________________________________________________________

We know Baker is attackinig Bush, he is not attacking other influential individuals tied to George de Mohrenschildt an example one is William S. Paley. Paley employed de Mohrenschildt and Dan Rather. Rather who was in Dealey Plazza on November 22, 1963, gave praise to Baker on the back cover.

Gore Vidal is another fan of Baker's and is praising him on the cover, Baker covers the same connections Adamson with Jackie's mother Janet Lee Bouvier aka. Mrs. Hugh D. Auchincloss

One has to realize that I went on three trips to dig up material for the 14 volumes. In 1995 I went in my motorhome for eight months through Texas - to Florida - to Washington DC all the way up to Boston. It was not an easy task. I stayed a week on Park Avenue in New York City at the McAdoo's. I spent 17 years improving the material without a publisher, for no one wanted to go near it. What portions are alike are the discoveries on de Mohrenschildt-George H.W. Bush. Baker covers the same individuals and made some discoveries that I was not even aware of. Baker visited the Bush Presidential libraries.

Have gone through and found the same information in his book as was in the 14 volume CD and my 11 volumes which was copyrighted and published in 1990s and again 2004 with the Library of Congress. Some of the parties that Adamson had research are in Baker's Book. In Chapter 5 Baker begins with "Oswald's Friend," p. 67 Baker quotes the CIA letter that Adamson first published.

Russ Baker cites Bruce Adamson as a researcher =11 times in Bibliography "as a researcher." I have sold more than 100,000 dollars in books since 1996. Should that not say something in itself ? A historian, author and a publisher ! You think ?

Counsel for Adamson said the following : "going through Russ Baker work and listing all the similarities to your work in terms of establishing copyright infringement. While ideas cannot be copyrighted, the way the ideas are put and linked together can be." Adamson is not a judge, yet there are many similiarities on de Mohrenschildt and the Bush Sr. chapters ONLY. Baker used on several occasions material in Adamson's book as that of Mary Ferrell's estate. Yet does not mention that Mary Ferrell's granddaughter married CIA agent George de Mohrenschildt's grandson Curtis Taylor.

page 7-11- Baker does give credit to Joseph McBride and David Armstrong just as Adamson did.
