Dear Mr. Davids:

I recently was made aware of that you have appointed a commission to investigate Vice-President Lyndon Johnson's role into the assassination of President John F. Kennedy. That you have appointed the following professors, Robert Dallek, Thomas Sugrue, Stanley Kutler and Steven M. Gillian to look into the conspiracy role of LBJ as a result of a suit brought against the History Channel by Lady Bird Johnson and Jack Valenti.

I would like to point out that I have spent more than 12 years investigating CIA agent George de Mohrenschildt's role in setting Lee Harvey Oswald up for the demise of JFK. I found and was the first to publish letters between de Mohrenschildt and LBJ seven months before JFK's demise. Why would the Vice-President be meeting with Oswald's closest friend before the assassination and not making disclosure within The Warren Report? Keep in mind that these letters were written only a week after the Major-General Edwin Walker shooting of April 10, 1963. This is important for the Walker shooting was, in part, used to help convict Oswald of killing JFK. Yet de Mohrenschildt was hanging out with Oswald for the last time on April 11, 1963. I made many more discoveries that I will not go into, yet the enclosures are important for you'll see a letter from de Mohrenschildt to President Kennedy at the very time, de Mohrenschildt is hanging out with Oswald. I was also the first to publish a letter from CIA Director/Future Warren Commissioner Allen Dulles to Dimitri Von Mohrenschildt, (the brother of Oswald's CIA friend). This is important for it was written 10 years before the assassination and only three days after Allen Dulles' appointment as CIA Director. There are many connections dating back to 1942 between former President George H.W. Bush * and de Mohrenschildt, Bush was in charge of the Bay of Pigs invasion for the Central Intelligence Agency and worked very closely with Edwin Pauley another associate of de Mohrenschildt's and Vice-President Lyndon Baines Johnson. * See enclosure.

You may want to note that Jack Valenti was made fully aware of the LBJ/de Mohrenschildt connection in 1963 and I understand that he has joined Lady Bird Johnson in a suit against the History Channel. I have heard that this suit is a farce, and staged to clear the LBJ's name as having any involvement in the JFK Assassination. I am not the judge, and for the record I hope you will take the time to see the importance of the LBJ/de Mohrenschildt letters. I have produced a 58 minute video which is being shown around the U.S. on Public Access. Let me thank you in advance for your time and consideration.
